Increase productivity by running your Haas VF-3 or VF-4 unattended with our heavy-duty, automatic pallet changer. The Haas APC is a side-loading pallet changer featuring two 19" x 40" steel pallets. The heavy cast-iron base of the APC is secured directly to the VMC for stability, eliminating the need for further anchoring, and a three-point leveling system provides stability and prevents rocking.
The APC allows non-machining tasks, such as fixture setups and part changeovers, to be performed off-line on one pallet while parts are being machined on the other pallet.

It runs directly from the Haas control, making it the only "smart" bar feeder on the market. Unique features make setup and operation simple, like a large access door for spindle liner change-out, and a single adjustment for setting bar diameter. All bar feed parameters are set at the lathe control.
The high-speed machining option for Haas vertical and horizontal machining centers provides a powerful tool to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy. Testing on complex mold applications has shown a reduction in cycle time of nearly two-thirds, while providing improved accuracy and smoother motion.
Using a motion algorithm called "acceleration before interpolation," combined with full look-ahead, the Haas high-speed machining option provides cutting feeds of up to 1200 inches per minute without risk of distortion to the programmed path. All programmed motions are accelerated before interpolation, which ensures that the movement of each axis does not exceed the acceleration capability of the machine. The look-ahead algorithm determines the fastest feedrate at which one stroke can be blended into another without stopping. The result is higher accuracy, smoother motion and a higher actual feedrate - even with complex part geometry.
Many of today's "high-speed" controls are either very expensive or require a pre-processing mode or special post, which is time-consuming and alters the G-code program. The Haas high-speed machining option accepts ISO standard G code from all major CAM systems.

Gene Haas founded Haas Automation in 1983 to manufacture the world's first fully programmable 5C collet indexer. Today, Haas rotary products continue to dominate the industry with high-quality craftsmanship, dependable operation and affordable prices. The current Haas line offers more than 45 models of rotary tables and indexers, delivering the superior quality and indexing accuracy that have made Haas the industry benchmark.
Haas rotary tables and indexers are divided into three main categories. Each category - CNC INDEXERS, CNC ROTARY TABLES and CNC 5-AXIS ROTARY PRODUCTS - contains information about multiple products, special configurations and applications.
These three Rotary categories are organized into multiple levels of information. Advancing from this main page, you will find a list of the major products we offer in each category. The page for each individual product then contains information about particular specifications, applications, exceptions and special considerations.
Every Haas rotary product can be used on both Haas CNC machines and other brands. We accomplish this with our servo control units.

Haas Automation offers a wide range of 5-axis VMCs - one just right to meet the demands of your machine shop.
Many industries today, especially in the high-tech world of aerospace and automotive design, are turning to 5-axis machining as a means to speed manufacturing ability and increase repeatable accuracy. The ability to machine complex shapes, undercuts and difficult angles in a single setup reduces tooling cost and labor time, resulting in a better cost per part, in addition to maintaining parts conformity throughout the part run.
The Haas TR Series of trunnion VMCs provide full simultaneous 5-axis motion, or can position a workpiece to almost any angle for 5-side machining. The VF-2TR features a trunnion table mounted to the standard T-slot table; it can be removed for 3-axis work. The VF-5TR and VF-6TR have a dual-axis trunnion table in place of the standard T-slot table; they are available in either 40- or 50-taper configuration.
