Our Bar Chamfer Device is mounted directly to the charging tray of the Haas Bar Feeder, allowing you to chamfer the ends of bar stock before you load it into the tray. No need to chamfer bars by hand with a die grinder, simply activate the bar chamfer device with the included foot pedal and insert the bar into the chamfer hub. A hardened-steel serrated cutter quickly deburrs the bar and adds a chamfer.

Standard on all new Haas Bar Feeders. Available for field-installation on older Haas Bar Feeders. Contact your local HFO for details.
